Naimah Thomas, MA, ATR-BC, LPC is a Board Certified Registered Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor based in Chicago. Her practice is rooted in a healing justice framework, recognizing the impact of systemic oppression on mental health while honoring each client’s resilience and capacity for growth. At Healing Arts Collaborative, Naimah provides internal clinical consultation services and designs and directs marketing campaigns.

Christina is Healing Arts Collaborative’s Billing Specialist. Christina is happy to answer all questions about payment and insurance, and can assist in filing out-of-network insurance claims. Clients are welcome to reach out to Christina with questions at any time.

In addition to her work as a therapist at Healing Arts Collaborative, Tyania serves as the Insurance Verification Specialist, reviewing new clients’ insurance card information to ensure in-network status.

The newest addition to and co-director of our Therapeutic Support Team, Gucci is a seasoned cuddlebug who enjoys pets and long walks. He attends most in-person appointments with Tyania at our Healing Arts office, and often pops up on screen during virtual appointments as well.

Meet Chinchi and Twig — the ultimate odd couple of comfort! Chinchi, a calm, sassy, and clever kitty with a penchant for mayhem in the wild outdoors, is Twig’s emotional support cat and constant source of grounding. Twig, a bouncy, anxious pup with a big heart, finds peace in Chinchi’s quiet royal companionship. Though they’re total opposites — one purrs, one pants — they balance each other perfectly, turning Devon’s home into a little sanctuary of snuggles, tail wags, and gentle head boops.

Stella is co-director of our Therapeutic Support Team. She attends in-person appointments with Cassie upon request at our Healing Arts office. Stella is an empath who enjoys bounteous cuddling and back scratches.

Scarlett + Patrick are self-appointed members of our Therapeutic Support Team. Scarlett attends most appointments from Cassie’s home office and enjoys loudly banging the office door until she is let in. Patrick attends appointments less frequently, but enjoys occasionally making a show of his fluffy tail on the screen.
