Snapshot:
I’m here to provide a validating and supportive place for you to create lasting change in your life. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and use an eclectic approach to bring different tools into our work together.
I’m especially enthusiastic about working with queer and transgender clients, helpers/healers/organizers/caregivers, as well as those seeking support with gender identity, life transitions, relationships (including polyamory/nonmonogamy and kink/BDSM), trauma, and chronic illness.
Therapy is a collaboration; we’ll work together to identify where you want your journey to take you and what tools you can use along the way. Some modalities I draw upon include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and strengths-based, person-centered approaches. Reach out if you'd like to work together and we can schedule a free 15-20 min consultation to see if we're a good fit!
